Date-Banana Smoothie – Energy to Drink

Quick smoothie with banana and dates – filling, creamy, and completely without sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 3–4 dates
  • 250 ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Optional: cinnamon, ice cubes
Preparation:

  • Put everything in the blender.
  • Puree finely – enjoy!
