Date Nut Bars – The Perfect Snack on the Go

Simple date-nut bars without baking – perfect as an energy supplier for on the go.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g dates
  • 100 g mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

Preparation:

  • Mix everything until a sticky mass is formed.
  • Press into a shape and chill.
  • Cut into pieces.
