
Light couscous salad with dates, herbs, and almonds – perfect as a side dish or to take away.
Ingredients:
- 100 g couscous
- 5–6 dates, chopped
- 1 handful of almonds
- Fresh mint and parsley
- Lemon juice, olive oil, salt
Preparation:
- Pour hot water over the couscous and let it steep.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Season with lemon and oil.
